++ the antennas arrived here after a month, but they didn't fit properly into the waterproof UV-R Plus. The diameter of the base of the antenna is wider than the socket at the radio. --

Good antenna! Radio works more loud stable with it. Tip is not fixed well. Try to pull it away easy. Fix it with an epoxy glue If it get disconnected.

товар пришёл быстро. е Baofeng uvR plus подходит. но вкручивается не плотно и не до конца . про герметичность можно забыть. нужны уплотниели , ловит немного лучше чем штатная.

антенны хорошие. пришли за срок чуть больше месяца. на мои baofeng uv-r подходят, но герметичности не будет. лучше наверное брать без укороченной юбки на антенне , как на этих. с удлиненной юбкой по торцу ее будет перекрытие, тогда влага и мусор не попадут в гнездо антенны. себе же придется сделать прокладку из резины для предотвращения зазора

начну по сути и без цензуры,сроки доставки ни кому как правило не интересны. антенна как и все остальные предлагаемые на Али обычный ширпотреб!заявленное продавцом позиционирование как совместимая с UV R+, UV XR- чистой воды объебос!!!!! выбирал её не из за цены,а именно потому, что она якобы подходит для указанных выше моделей радеек- пиздеж!!!! пилить нужно как все остальные типа Нагои. изменения в качестве связи,в сравнении со штатной НЕ выявлено!!!!! проверялась в застройке частного сектора,в лес не выходили.
